Liked the location to the beach.The room was spacious and clean. I liked the convenience of a full kitchen. The property needed repair and looked tired needed some updates. We had some leakage of water through the ceiling. They had a portable air conditioner in the bedroom that was very noisy.

Property lost my reservation. The lone desk agent was unable to help due to the number of guests trying to check in. I asked Expedia to help. They were unable to reach the hotel. Again there was only 1 desk agent who was unable to answer the phone since there were 10 people in line. I had to put Expedia on the speakerphone and go up to the counter. They gave Expedia another contact number which also went unanswered. Even with a prepaid reservation I was unable to stay at the hotel.

the desk clerk had no idea of my reservation she send me to a secondary reception desk that had a sign saying they were close to re-open on monday am the whole place is under construction found it to be a dangerous area .there is no lobby area to speak of. people wondering trough the lobby area parking not available had to park in where they charge 5.00 dollars per hour 30 to 40 dollars daily the evening clerk did find us the room no linen service at all

Very poor experience

Very old and dirty. Smell of cannabis in the corridors. Ridiculous extra charges for parking and resort fees. The room had not been cleaned at all between the nights. On arrival we were met by a very unfriendly "front end" person, who said our reservation was invalid and we had to contact the room owner ??? After lengthy phone calls and nervous conversations it turned out that that person had nothing to do with the resort front desk, which was in a different location. Will never stay again.

The Hotel Staff are nice and helpfull. The Hotel needs more renovation. All rooms should be upgraded to central air. We had to switch rooms to have Central air. The gym needs alot of work on ventillation and removal of musky carpets.

Portable a/c unit unglued from window leaving a hole coffee machine was missing its pot, Shower with very little pressure, no hangers, no hair dryer, front door lose, made noises with drafts, old, discolored curtains, picture in add shows a great jacuzzi that is not working by the pool.

Was not aware we had to go to a separate building to check in. The individuals at the front desk didn't offer for us to leave our bags as we had to walk to a different location for check in. Then we checked in and walked back with our bags, got in a very rickety elevator to go up to the 7th floor. I cannot speak for the other floors, but the 7th was a disgrace. The floor number was scrawled on the wall in red paint that looked like someone used their finger, it was written over a number three which made it all the more confusing. The walls were filthy and needed serious rehab, when we got to the room the door would not open. The key worked, but the handle did not. Security came up and after fiddling with it discovered if you lifted up first then down it would open. The room itself was a pit, it was surface clean, but definitely needed to be renovated desperately. The small institutional sized window would not stay open unless you help it open. The table had a piece of cardboard wedged under one leg so it wouldn't wobble. All in all in was so disappointing especially since the photographs that are displayed not only on this site but at the location of the rooms are completely misleading and I find it hard to believe that they were actually taken in this hotel. Needless to say we checked out immediately and went to stay elsewhere. The way this place is promoted is a sham and I would not recommend this location to anyone ever.

The restaurant at the beach called Grumpy Garys was great.. Unfortunately MOST of the amenities did not operate or were completely broken down. Our vacation started off on the wrong foot when we arrived at the Hollywood Airport in Fort Lauderdale, the Expedia Booking agent had actually set up our RENTAL CAR in the MIAMI FLORIDA AIRPORT, 60 miles away. We paid twice for the rental cars once thru Expedia and the other thru Avis in the Fort Lauderdale Airport

As soon as we arrived the girl at the reservation desk was very rude. She told us we need to check in down the road. So we went the way she told us and could not find the building. We went back, and the same nasty attitude, and all she had to say was the go to the red building straight ahead. Other than that it was fine.

This place should never be advertised on expedia. Elevator is broken, two of the. Hallway carbet was failthy ans smelly. Mattresses are horrible, old and badly used. Pool was closed for contamination.. Drug use and alcohol was inside the hotel in the hallway.. very noisy and no attendant..will never ever come close to this area again..
