Yes, the room was clean, in every detail. The kitchen was not equipped but I came to understand the program, that there were supplies available at guest request. MOST IMPOORTANT: The desk clerk / manager Ceres (spelling) was efficient and welcoming. Personable in sincere fashion which can not be faked. She escorted guests to their rooms to insure that they were clean and otherwise to their suiting. Upon my arrival it was clear she knew and had communication with the "extended stay" guests. She had the pulse of the varied folk there and her pleasant energy encouraged a small sense of temporary community and responsibility. A very impressive young woman.

Last resort hotel

The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. There were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and the rooms and furnishings are old. The room also had an unpleasant smell. It served the purpose of allowing me to get a couple hours of sleep.

Liked the location. However the room was filthy. We had a kitchenette but no dishes, glasses, pans or silverware and yet there was trifold saying it was there. The room smelled horrible. Guy was hanging out in parking. We continued to stay because it was close to where we had business. The guy at the desk didn't help at all.

Screaming, noisy, police on property, people hanging around outside all night, multiple security signs & cameras beyond normal, reception advised me not to park at rear, breakfast included was a nutrigrain bar, not even coffee. Felt unsafe. Locked myself in my room & afraid to go out again to get dinner. Room clean.

I would not go back again!

Average price hotel but very worn out and badly maintained hotel. Very dirty hallways with shady guests. Rooms has decent size, sheets were very dirty. I would not go back again!

I stayed here for a quick getaway but i got what I paid for. The hallways were dirty, my sheets & towels were stained. The floor in my room was dirty & sticky, we had to walk around with our shoes on. The only positive things was how easy and friendly the staff was when checking out. I dont think i would be back.

The rooms are spaces and clean, maintenance appears to be on top of things once its reported. Some of the long term guest are very unclean. And keep in front of their doors dirty. They sets in front of their doors with their room door open, like they're in an apartment setting. Was not happy with check in, the agent was having a personal conversation with two ladies. He did not even asked them to step to the side while checking me in. I had to stand to the side. First room was on the second floor, no direction to the room. I had to asked about the elevator. Get to the room, the shower was leaking, and water on the floor in front of the shower area. Was moved to the first floor, there was another scavenger hunt for that room. There was a lady setting in front of her door and blocking my door, that was just inches away. Bout door mats was dirty including having cigarette butts on them. The fridge was not working had to put my food in the bearly cold freezer. I reported same the morning and when i get back to the room the fridge was change to a new one. There were some other issues that i reported to the agent on checkout. The lights between the two beds was not working. The hotel can be a nice place if attention is paid to it.

Big shout out to Ansley, who was a sweet and polite front desk clerk. He was cheerful and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and spacious. However, the curtain rod was pulling out of the wall, there was a smell of Freon gas when we entered the room, which only abated when we turned off the air conditioner. It didn’t go away, but it wasn’t as strong. This hotel also doesn’t have hairdryers. Not in the room nor to be borrowed from the fromt desk. Breakfast offerings were very limited.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was clean but the hotel itself was seedy with a lot of unsavory looking characters staying anf hanging around the hotel. The worst thing was that the woman in the room next store yelled and ranted and raged all night with whoever she was with. It kept me awake. Also, the TV didn't work. I would not stay at this location again
