"Breakfast was good"

"My husband and I had an excellent experience at this resort. All the staff were very welcoming, and we truly appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere. The resort is small but well-organized, very clean, and comfortable. As a suggestion for the future, adding a small bar would be a great improvement. The only issue during our stay was with the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff member there had an unprofessional and somewhat arrogant attitude. We even overheard her speaking rudely to a guest who asked for help, saying: “Wait, can’t you see I’m the only one working here?” This was disappointing. At first, we thought it might have just been a bad day, but during our 3-day stay, her behavior remained the same each morning. We believe improving her attitude toward guests would make a big difference."

"The breakfast buffet was in a very small area I found the food was more room temperature than hot. I also found the sweet buns were stale. I would not recommend this breakfast buffet at all"

"This is a bit of a dated hotel but is conveniently located to the cruise ship terminal. Price includes a great breakfast with lots of options from fresh cooked omelettes, scrambled eggs, lots of cereals, baked goods, waffles, and fresh fruit. Your stay also includes 2 drink tickets and assorted appy’s per nights stay. Furniture in the room is dated and our room needed some repairs but maintenance was quick to respond. Lots of eating establishments within walking distance. Pool very nice."

"The lobby is beautiful and staff is helpful and friendly. The room had a balcony with partial ocean view. We were very happy to be on 9th floor. The pool area is decent. Loved that there was a tiki bar. We didn't enter the pool or hot tub but enjoyed our afternoon laying out next to the oceanfront. Decent spacious room with nice bed, modern tv set, storage, and safe. Plus that balcony view!"

"Absolutely gorgeous facility. The staff was top-notch. My son really enjoyed the waterslides. We did not get an opportunity to use the kids club, but we did glance through the windows and it looked really cool. There are several food options within the resort, but they are pricey. I would definitely stay here again. We had such a perfect view to see the cruise ships coming in."
