"The hotel is nice and comfortable. There was no communication that we were going to be charged $10 dollars a night for parking. It would have been nice to know. Also we checked the card in our room for when breakfast was done and went down before that time and it was not available."

" Avoid This Place at All Costs! After numerous stays at various properties in Fernley, I’m baffled as to why I ever chose to return here, time and time again, but I’ve finally had enough. The lack of hospitality is staggering. Unlike other locations where the front desk staff are genuinely kind and attentive, here it feels like an afterthought. The beds? They’re far from comfortable, With so many other options available, there’s simply no reason to settle for this subpar experience. This is the only property I will actively avoid in the future. Don’t make the same mistake I did—choose somewhere else for a better stay and kinder experience! "
