Staff was very helpful and friendly and the ability to buy food/shopping to be delivered to room/concierge makes it convenient for guests. "Great location, spacious room, lovely bathroom with an excellent shower and good pressure. The pool was amazing though we didn’t use it just had a peek. This is a very large hotel with access to a huge shopping area beneath. Staff were friendly, the bar area at reception served a small choice of food which was excellent, even served warm milk with a lovely coffee. The restaurant was also very good, comfortable with good menu choices. Would stay again if in Beijing."
