"Toller Aufenthalt! Einziger Kritikpunkt, die Sauna wird fast nur von bekleideten Menschen besucht, sprich die vorgeschriebene Nacktheit wird nicht kontrolliert!"

"The location is great. It’s close to the lake and about a 20-minute walk from the bus station. It’s new, clean and well designed. The service is good, the bed is comfortable and the food is very delicious. The pool is a little small."

"The Palace Hotel Herviz is a good solid nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love the glass elevators. The staff were friendly and efficient. Only downside for me is they charge a delivery charge for room service which I wouldn't expect from a 4 star hotel...so I ordered food delivered from Wolt"

"Very lovely and accommodating staff. The hotel is well decorated, clean, smells good, great music played in the restaurant, and bedrooms perfect. Only negative comment is the heating. Was too hot for my liking. Tired to turn down the AC and it was broken. It’s hard sleeping on 27 degree bedrooms. Had to sleep with the door open "

"The curtains were dirty and torn. Overall design a little dated. Pool was unacceptable conditions (moldy). We did have a sauna in the room which is a nice touch. We arrived at 5 and to room was not done yet. Nevertheless we choose to have a good time. Location is amazing."
