10/10 Excellent
"The greatest stay we had in Sacramento. Very clean, looks luxurious, and had professional staff. We had a good experience with the staff and hotel. It felt like we had a premium stay. The breakfast was included and had many options for food. We did have to pay for a valet because there is no place to park on site, only through valet parking. We didnt mind but im sure others would mind because the cost is extra money. We got lucky we arrived by 4pm because in order to purchase valet you would have to be there before valet closes for purchase. After 8pm , I believe, they stop valet purchasing. However if you buy valet then you have access to a valet 24/7. Of course extra days cost more. On another note there is parking nearby but they close at like 1am or so. Thank you staff!"
"I didn't stay there for shopping so I can't comment on that. It was a nice hotel, spacious and modern with friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast had only one option, which was a full cooked breakfast, which I didn't want and which was expensive. They should have smaller breakfast options, such as just a juice and a coffee and a bowl of cereal, which is all I wanted. The area is very convenient for being picked up and dropped off. I was not driving so I didn't have to pay parking, which also seemed expensive but then I'm a traveller from abroad. Perhaps that's the reasonable rate for that area."
