The place is not in the best neighborhood but is very convenient location and the staff it was very helpful. We forgot a tablet and Monica one of the front desk employee brought it back to me in Oakland! That was great costumer service!

It was a great facility. The pool was amazing. The breakfast in the morning and the staff was awesome. Very polite the staff upfront was knowledgeable and helped very quick, especially when the keys were messed up overall phenomenal stay

Friendly staff and patient with my dogs. Good breakfast and clean a d spacious room. Access to the river and downtown is only a hop skip and jump. I'll definitely stay again my next trip in the area.

The area is not great, but the property is safe, clean and the staff is outstanding. Rooms are nice, don’t have to be afraid of critters. If you are come through town, I would def recommend this place. And the river is right there, you can hear boats!

The room was super clean and everything inside worked - microwave, lights, blow dryer etc. The breakfast had more options than I expected (eggs, potatoes, muffin, yogurt, milk, cereal, juices, coffee, etc) so points on that but it didn’t taste good (eggs, potatoes). It was 4th of July weekend and busy so the room was never cleaned and after requesting towels twice we never actually got towels.

The suite we got was great, however the location was not good due to homeless folks. The front AC was out when we got into the suite, but maintenance came the next day and fixed it! Housekeeping was only M-F come to find out but other than it was good for the price! Was shocked how quiet it was! Room was very spacious and clean upon arrival, and location was right smack in middle of everything!
