"Local sujo, cortinas com mofo, limpeza péssima, embaixo da cama tinha areia da praia, o guarda roupa eram duas tábuas de madeira, que inclusive estavam quebradas. As condições de limpeza estavam tão precárias que minha filha de 1 ano, asmática teve crise e precisamos trocar de lugar e a pousada obviamente não reembolsou. Além do mais, fizemos uma solicitação de um colchão adicional para a bebê e não nos atenderam com relação ao pedido, sendo que havia evidências da solicitação. Pior experiência...

"It's a cheap place in the center of Buzios, if all you need is a place to sleep for cheap, this is an ok choice. Cleanliness is sub par, I found hairs and sand from the previous occupants. Towels and sheets have permanent stains, but have been washed. During the day there seems to be 3 people in the reception, all of which would rather continue scrolling on instagram rather than working. There's also a cleaner whom I haven't interacted with directly. Night shift would often leave the...
