Great family hotel

It was a great stay. The hotel was exactly what we were expecting. Maybe the room was a touch smaller than we expected. The service was excellent . Everyone very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was very nice to stay in. It was clean and modern and made my stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly and were very patient with me while I used google translate on my phone to communicate. A couple of the front desk staff spoke english which was helpful. The hotel is a bit smaller in person than it appears in the photos on the internet, but there was enough space for my needs. The little beach attached is pleasant if you want calmer waters away from the main beach. The food was great, I recommend the mashed potatos! Big breakfast! You will enjoy your stay here.

Hotel simplesmente perfeito. Juliana e Blenda da recepção são simpaticas e solícitas, fazem de tudo para ajudar. O rapaz de dread do café da manhã também é muito comunicativo. A suíte é confortável e tem roupas de cama cheirosas. A area de lazer é charmosa e aconchegante. A praia do Forte é super pertinho, uns 15 minutos de caminhada.

Assim que chegamos fomos informados que o check in iria atrasar um pouco, mesmo chegando antes pra agilizar o cadastro. E assim ficamos esperando 35 minutos pra liberar o quarto mesmo com a reserva sendo feita em novembro. No momento solicitamos que esse tempo fosse adicionado ao check out e os atendentes ficaram passando o problema um pro outro e nada foi resolvido.
