"The stay was to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, thank to Sandy & the Welcome Experience Team for decorating the room, catering my requests on room's view and check out preference. Plus their sweet treat. All of them made our stay at W a pleasant and memorable moment!"

"We had room with view on Canton Tower and bath tub place next to the window. Great views, great location, great hotel and unbeatable price.
Hotel breakfast was good, lobby connected to shopping mall, where we discovered good restaurant on the 4th floor I believe with small terrace serving American cuisine, they always give you warm bread before meal.
We can also recommend restaurants Oggi (Italian), Black Bamboo that is on the same square, walking distance from hotel but we always taxi there, 5 min.
We definitely stay in Conrad next time, "
