"This is our first time here and I will certainly be returning. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer one free drink at check in. The property is centrally located in the heart of Duval street Room is large with a huge shower big tv and great AC. You should know if you come by car it is $30.00 a night We left our car and never used it again during our stay. Staff very helpful with suggestion on where to eat and go Pool is great to cool off in

"This property was walking distance to downtown Duvall street and to a couple great restaurants.. Blue Heaven and Moon Dog! The rooms are small but the property does its best with making the most of their space with hooks, shelves, drawers etc! small continental breakfast options were great and delivered to the room in baskets if you wanted or downstairs in their fun dining area!
