Má. Falta elevador. Mau isolamento acústico do apartamento. Muito ruído de sons aéreos das pessoas (argentinos, brasileiros...) Muito ruído, som alto dos rádios (faz lembrar um bairro de barracas e casas ilegais). Muito ruído de equipamento (ar condicionado, frigorífico) .
