"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay but had few options. Only 1 kind of mini muffins and limited cereal. My biggest issue is that they charged me for the room 2 times after I paid through Expedia. When I tried to explain to the manager, he blew me off, insisting he had refunded my money BUT he had only refunded 1 of the 2 $54.60 charges. The charges happened when the person at the desk charged the pet fee of $25, at check in. So instead of refunding me $109.20, he refunded me only $54.60! If he had just let me show him on my phone and listened to me, I wouldn’t be overcharged and furious! "
