I room was extremely hot. Made for an exhausting nights sleep. Should not have to say anything to staff about a rooms air conditioning not working. They knew that room was hot when it was cleaned last. Will never stay again.

Very nice people. Rooms are dated, but fine. My room didn't have heat, but staff was nice and moved me to another room. Good place to use if you're in the area.

Nicole, the front desk agent is a superstar! I have to acknowledge the breakfast crew on Monday Especially Miss Nancy, who normally does laundry. The gentleman in the evening who shared pizza with me, was so pleasant. Thank you! The morning crew, front desk, agent, Sherry and the staff are such a breath of fresh air! This crew really understands Customer Service and should be rewarded and acknowledged! I appreciate and thank everyone that I came in contact with during my stay.
