"Amazing service!"

"The hotel was convenient for us and clean. The staff were nice and the room was spacious. The room was very noisy as its near the airport. The hotel itself was very noisy. We could hear noise in the hallway and on the second floor. The curtains were not black out either. There was no recycling bin in the room. There were not many vegan options for breakfast."

"Arrived at 4pm (our check in time) The front desk guy tells me our room is not ready that we have to wait. Once we get the room, room was not clean I made a complaint and nothing was done about it.(staff where not willing to help) I was not informed from the beginning about the wifi password or the breakfast time. Also I requested for a crib for my baby and they say we will let you know,,, I'm still waiting Hotel is not bad but staff are the issue Breakfast the lady there she was amazing( at the restaurant)"

"The shuttle service runs less frequently than other hotels around the airport, and the driver does not seem to stop at the right place and does not bother to check whether there are remaining hotel guests waiting to take the shuttle. I waited for the shuttle for 45 minutes. It would have been much better to just take an Uber than wait for the shuttle, while the driver does not bother to stop at a right place or check for remaining guests. Also, the signs on the shuttle is not clear enough for guest to recognize that the shuttle is for Tru by Hilton."
