The accommodation was on a wonderful spot near the Disney Hollywood studio and you can travel by boat, it is good isolated we didn’t hear any traffic although our room was near the street at floor 1. The reception was very friendly and welcomed us very late in the middle of the night. The only thing we would suggest that the pillows are very thick and hard and there are only blankets on the bed so for me that was a little bit chilly and we put off the airco to be a bit warmer.

The building was beautiful, the room was clean, my main issue was with the beds. We have stayed in another hotel in a room with double beds before and had a horrible experience because the beds were too small for my wife and I together. We specifically chose this hotel because it claimed to have queen beds. After the 1st night we knew something was off. We both seemed to have less room than normal. There is no way these were queen beds. After the 2nd night we felt like we both needed chiropractic adjustments as our sleeping was very much hindered. We both also had headaches each night from the experience of being overly cramped. By the 3rd night we were wishing we never stayed here because we were feeling miserable. My wife looked at the reviews online more closely and noticed several complaints about the same issue. People were saying that there is no way these were queen beds. Most likely a little larger than a double but not a queen. To me that is false advertising and would have definitely kept us away from this hotel in the first place if we had only been shared that piece of information. I complained to the desk clerk and she said she would put a $150 credit to our account but deep down I really didn’t think that was sufficient enough. Can you please help us with this issue? Thank you.
