"Reset was very nice. Beach is great and the pools are very clean. Room is very clean. Master bed was very comfortable but our daughter did not like the pull out couch. The hotel restaurant was good. Continental breakfast was filling and good. "

"let's start with the amazing staff from the cooks, servers, house keepers Gladys, employees on the beach. The cook Ironelys made us feel right at home apart from preparing delicious menu. Petrona, Abigal, Ms.Kay, Irene at the beach restaurant and cook Alex were attentive, and made us feel at home. Employees at the beach were very helpful. Nathanial was amazing and very polite. They made our first trip to West Bay Club unforgettable we are booking our trip again at West Bay Club."
