Tru By Hilton Comstock Park Grand Rapids

Spark By Hilton Walker Grand Rapids North
8/10 Good
"When we arrived there were a couple of black guys hanging around the front desk. I said “Hi” to them, made eye contact, and they moved out of our way so we could check in. My husband didn’t feel comfortable around them. I think maybe they were visiting with their girlfriends that worked there? We stayed on the second floor. The elevator wasn’t very clean. Our room was clean, though. The bed was okay. Breakfast was very good. As soon as I took something, it was replaced immediately. The lady that worked the breakfast did a great job! When we checked out, the gal working the front desk was very friendly."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Grand Rapids East, MI

"Nice clean hotel with helpful staff. Location was perfect for our planned outings. Restaurants and shopping also close by. Breakfast was good and always kept full. We will stay here again."

"Amazing location in downtown, beautiful Rockford. We stayed because of close location to airport. Looking forward to coming back for fall festival. Highly recommend."

"Every milk carton in the continental breakfast cooler was expired"
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Grand Rapids North
10/10 Excellent
"Super clean and quiet. Easy access off the expressway."
Hampton Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was great with the stay. The two opportunities for us were that the breakfast was subpar and the staff wasn't too knowledgeable. We had questions regarding the shuttle busses and parking (it's $18 a day to use their parking garage but we felt like there was a way to get it validated so we didn't have to pay) and the two front desk attendants couldn't answer our questions. So, we ended up paying $36 for the parking and not eating the continental breakfast. Otherwise, super clean and quiet hotel close to restaurants and the downtown area!"
