"Great place to stay."

"Property is clean, well maintained, gym is clean with a good variety of equipment. Beautiful park with a patio outside to have your coffee or meet up with people. Excellent location. Comfortable beds! This is more of a business traveler facility, good Wi-Fi and access to meeting spaces. The not so positive- front desk staff hit and miss. Housekeeping was not very good, although clean rooms, no one cleaned or replenished our towels or made the bed in a 4 night stay. Breakfast options were not really that appealing, a waffle maker would be a great addition. Very quiet place to stay."

"We loved our time at the Marriott Sugar Land! The hotel itself is beautiful and felt like a treat, yet it was surprisingly budget-friendly. The best part? The accessibility. We stepped out the front door and were immediately surrounded by great shops, eateries, and lively nightlife. It made our trip so easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!"

"The room was fine, but several electrical switches did not work and I couldn’t get the TV to work. So it kind of depressing. In addition there was a terrible fight in the room next door to mine, which was adjacent to the office, that went on for over an hour. It was so loud and violent that I considered calling the police and worried that guns were going to be used. And lastly the only thing offered in the morning was terrible coffee from a machine."

"Beds were comfortable. However, the room had a heavy musty odor. The other rooms our family occupied also had a musty odor. We had to go purchase a room spray just to try to tolerate being in the room. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke also."
