"Old hotel. Extremely slow elevators. Balcony needs much better cleaning. Mold and mildew everywhere on the outside. Coffee not available. Need to tay elevators to the lowest level and ask staff to get me a cup of coffee. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to arrive with a container of coffee. The tale the slow elevators to the ninth floor. A lot of money to pay and not given a coffee. No free breakfast. Nothing. Evey other hotel offers an availiable breakfast and coffee. We gave o with them and had to go to duncan donuts for coffee."

Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the amenities provided made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would gladly stay here again in the future."
