"The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, it was a very lovely stay, and the location was nice as well, the only downside is that there are not many dining options available nearby, the staff was not rude at all, but would’ve loved a bit more warmness from them."

"I did not have breakfast but the price was much lower than other places so I can't complain entirely because other places were far more expensive and I made the reservation at the last minute. İf there were no towels no heat no television and the only thing I can say was it was a place to sleep and I left very early in the morning as soon as possible. They had a sizable liquor selection at the front desk so if a person is drinking and doesn't take much attention to everything else it would probably work out much better. The public transportation in front does run 24 hours so it's possible to get into the main city easily once you understand what to do. I think it's a former Soviet block building"

"Great hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful food. Ideal central location with Alexanderplatz station only minutes away, but the hotel is very dated, thin walls meant I could hear everything being said in the next room which didn’t help when they had a screaming child. The hotel also has a room cleaning request button (in the bathroom) that you must press before 11am to get the room serviced for the next day. I pressed the button twice during my stay and my room wasn’t serviced. "

"A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Very clean and staff were very attentive and helpful. I emailed ahead of my arrival to the Motelone as I was bringing my partner whose birthday it was. We were delighted when they offered us a free breakfast voucher at check-in as well as checking us into the most perfect view room! Right in front of the TV tower! The breakfast was basic, not a great selection, for example no hot food options, but was nice to have had a free experience of the breakfast restaurant. Room was clean, and perfect for our 3 day trip. Thank you Motelone!"

"Generally a nice hotel with clean room, easy access to station and public transport, and good breakfast. But a few things were issues: - Expedia states the hotel has laundry facilities. This is not correct. There is only an expensive laundry service. - for other hotels I am staying at on my trip, Expedia states that local taxes must be paid separately at the hotel. There was no mention of this for this hotel, but I was charged an extra 12 Euro at check-in. - the sink in the room had very poor drainage."
