"We had a very nice stay. Started and ended with the warm welcome of Manasvi. In the restaurant we were welcomed with a smile every time by Ms. Thani at the restaurant welcome desk who was very hospitable and good for a small chat to provide good info about what to do in the evening in the hotel. Lokesh helped us very well at the dining table and frequently asking kindly if anything else is needed. The highlight of service was a girl from Mussoori - we did not catch her name at the several times we met, since it was at closing time and we were engaged in conversation or she brought us something to try as well. She is very service oriented, works with a smile and is very enthusiastic about her work and that of the whole restaurant team. Keep up the good work 😃The buffet is highly recommended and don’t forget to grab a fresh masala chai."

"Hotel is good and clean. Staff was okay. But my room key card was broken and i asked for change the room. but She said there is no other room available. Room was in the corner and very conjusted , no window. Although there was rooms available in the hotel. So I didn't like that thought , its a very obivious thing that we can ask for a change of room if we want. but it was like only this is available. "

"Stayed there for 5 days 2 rooms. On departure asked for late check out. 3pm as oppose to 10.am. Had to pay Rs1500 extra. Wasn't happy as I had given them over Rs60,000 of business over the 5 days"
