"Hotel is nice. all main areas BREAKFAST, ELEVATOR, HALLEAYS, ENTRY have no air conditioning with no estimated date of fixing. Seems likes its been broken for awhile and owner is not fixing. the room air conditioners do work great with no issue. breakfast is good but ur in heat. rooms are decent. the blackout shade in room i was in was partially broken...."

However, the room was missing some basic amenities, such as sufficient towels and napkins, which required us to contact the staff for several minor requests. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, hospitable, and responsive to all our questions and needs. While the stay was comfortable overall, there are likely better options in the area that offer greater value for the price paid."

"I always enjoy the Best Western in Norwalk! It’s clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff has always been great. I love staying here when possible and it’s not too pricey due to the summer activities. I have grandchildren and great grandchildren that live in the area. Thank you for this place."

"The rooms were clean and easy to check in. The breakfast was good , the lady keep it stocked , just wish the had a juice besides orange juice and milk. The staff was nice the pool closed at 8 and I asked if we could go because we got there late and they said yes. They were doing remodeling and the were no loud noise ."

"Hotel could use a face lift. Hot water only worked fully in the morning. Room was clean. Some of the gym machines didn't work but it was clean. Pool was clean. The best part was the friendly front desk clerk and the hard working and very helpful breakfast attendant. We would come back for the service. Thank you."
