"A really nice hotel directly across the entrance to NASA Glenn Research Center. Has kind of a space-y feel to it which is fun. The breakfast is one of the best breakfasts i have had in a hotel in a long time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Gym was very good and well maintained. Get a room up high overlooking the space center and the airport. Really nice"

"The room we were assigned to was right next to the ice machine and washer and dryer. The hotel was not full so not sure why they would put someone there. People were doing laundry till after midnight. The shampoo and hand soap dispensers were empty as well as the Kleenex were out. The refrigerator made a loud noise all night. Went out of the room in the morning to get breakfast and came back to our keys not working. Had to wait 15 min for someone to come to the front desk where they reprogrammed the keys with no apology for the inconvenience. Instead blamed me for having them near my phone, which was not the case. The price is good and the room was clean. But overall it was not a good experience."

"The woman working in the morning was very kind and helpful, and the other staff members were also pleasant. The breakfast was good as well. However, I was bothered by the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. The shower curtain and lamp were broken, and overall the room did not seem very well maintained. On the positive side, the room was very quiet, which I appreciated."

"Everything started out great when my girlfriend and I first arrived. This was a birthday present for myself and also a getaway trip from work/home life. I was so excited to be able to use a hot tub because of the type of work I do when I went downstairs around 6 PM to use the hot tub there was a family with 8 kids in the hot tub with four adults now hey I get it but when there’s a sign behind you that says no children under 18 and you have little children with Floaties on who can’t even swim that’s dangerous not to mention it’s rude. The next day, my girlfriend went down to the staff and told them how upset we were that we couldn’t even use that hot tub because they stayed in it all night. They went back and reviewed the footage and seeing that there were children in there and got very upset because it can hurt their bodies. They said they did make it up and switch our room to a nicer room. I don’t know I feel like that really didn’t have anything to do with the problem, but it was so nice and they gave us two free complementary breakfast tickets but then the next night we were able to use it and then we went and ate and then by the time we came back those same people and the kids were back in the hot tub, so I said something again so all in all it really wasn’t that bad if they just paid more attention to the people that are swimming in the pool and hot tub"

"This hotel was atrocious. I would never stay here. Their pool was closed the indoor pool they had no restaurant they had no breakfast. The elevator was broken. I paid ahead on Hotels.com 500 and something dollar for three nights. They charged me on top of that an extra one 3140 and try to charge 160 before I shut my car down beware"

"I am very disappointed for the price Expedia charged extra for booking . It was dirty hotel , I booked for one room and you gave me 2 rooms to pay $317 CAD that was not necessary . Hotel had a lot of single rooms. Thank you- Najada Kristo"
