"This was a great find!! The staff was so kind and friendly, the woman who checked us in gave a great room with pool access. Had a little hiccup with the room that was addressed and fixed instantly; they even offered a different room if we wanted. The breakfast was good as well."

"The customer service was amazing. Our trip happened during renovations and how we booked our trip wasn't available for how the renovations were being made and they let us change rooms with no extra charge, that was amazing, but the renovations did wake us up earlier than we wanted. The only really thing I can complain about was the house keeping, I didn't like that they came at 9 every morning. We were just barely waking up and so we only got our room cleaned once. I just wish house keeping didn't happen the first thing in the morning."

"Everything is good. Travel to Roanoke for a family reunion. The only thing was it was six of us traveling and they ran out of towels."

"We stayed in the older part of the hotel. The room wasn’t fancy but extremely clean. The tub in the bath was extra big with scalding hot water; not ideal for kids without monitoring, but this may have been only for the rooms with king size beds. I loved the hot soaks. It was an easy walk through a little tunnel to get to the Natural Bridge Park. The restaurant at the hotel had wonderful food. "
