The staff is incredible! The facility is convenient, but does not appear to be a newer place. It would be nice to have some upgrades for handicap folks (ADA): higher toilets, automatic front doors. There is a handicap parking spot.

The staff was excellent. The building is an older facility and some wear was apparent. The toilets were low to the ground, not ADA compliant, but there was a grab bar in the tub/shower; the front doors were not automatic, and there were no elevators, although I was fortunately on the first floor. There was handicapped parking.

The staff was nice, breakfast was plentiful and we enjoyed the pool. It was close to lots of fun things to do. Totally fine for a weekend stay. It's definitely an older facility and shows it's age. It also smells old/musty. We will probably stay somewhere else if we visit the area again.

The hotel staff is exceptional. Each one is friendly and ready to help out, whatever the need. There is a breakfast room and a cold water machine to fill your water bottles. And coffee is always available. As a handicapped individual, I just wish the toilets sat a little higher. I haven't used the swimming pool, but I enjoy hearing the laughter and squeals as the children play in it.

The property was nice, the pool was amazing, and the staff were very nice and courteous. Breakfast could have had some kind of meat with it, but other than that is was great. Would definitely stay here again

The place was very peaceful and very nice facing the courtyard and pool. The staff was very helpful for rebooking another night. The woman that was there in the morning not so much, but I think there may have been a language barrier. Pool is fantastic and overall peaceful place. The maintenance on the place left a lot to be desired. There was peeling paint in the bathroom and the patio door would not close properly.

Everybody was super nice during check in and check out. The room was clean. I did notice the hallway smelled like smoke which had been mentioned in other reviews, but the rooms did not, which to me was more important. Had a sliding glass door in our room which was nice, easy access to our car. Overall a nice stay, on a budget.

The front desk person was very professional and pleasant. He told me a story about how Elvis had stayed in the hotel many years ago. Clearly - that was the last time the hotel was updated. Broken and scratched furniture, peeling walls in the shower and no place to plug in my phone charger was just the beginning. May choices in this area - I would avoid this one.

Dog People! This is a great place to stay with your canine! I was in town for a dog show event and found my four-legged teammate was welcomed and celebrated as much as I was. Good room on 1st floor with a sliding door I could actually use to take my guy out. Nice big field for doing doggie business. Nice free breakfast; great rate, too. It’s an older building but very comfortable. Easy access for travelers.

Room and areas were clean. Appreciated having laundry available just wish there were more washers and dryers. Some areas could use updating, but overall a great stay. Congestive area at the stairs as the hotel does not have an elevator but customers were polite and made it work. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was really good! I love the coffee all the time. I fixed the refrigerator in the room because I didn't have time to wait. Mind you, the little freezer was messy. I cleaned that all before someone got there.
