"Staff were excellent. In the heart of filey itself, out of the door and straight onto the street with a variety of shops to please everyone. Breakfast was an add on price as was the parking. Downsides were the steep stairs to the room and a very noisy pub opposite. Would definitely stay again but for less mobile guests its not ideal. "

Many of the things in there were not working such as the pinball, pool table, air hockey, grab games, and the penny slot ones had no rubber strips on some of them making them impossible to shove coins forward, so basically taking your money with zero chance of winning. It needs a complete revamp or closing totally "

" Not great. Site is good plenty of amenities. Caravan awful. Dirty stained bed linen . Very little cookware and what was there was filthy and rusty. Rusty ironing board but no iron! Freezer was so iced up could not open drawers. Old and dated. If you do book this caravan, make sure you have a door key code before arriving! No one can help you at the site "
