"Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean room, good mattress, very nice terrace, and great breakfast. Only complaint is that the air conditioning was either all on or all off. Temperature setting did not seem to work."

"We were upgraded to a corner room with an oversized balcony looking out over the pool to the river. Spacious room, quiet, plenty of shelf and drawer space. The staff were amazing, Portuguese-friendly. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of hot and cold options including an omelet station. Location was very walkable to the Old Town, and also to the opposite side of the river and the Santa Clara monastery, plus walkways on both sides of the river."

"It was a beautiful room, well appointed and modern. Only complaint would be water pressure and hot water not enough. I thought the breakfast was too expensive."

"Great location and a beautiful boutique hotel. A couple of small items like the shower diverter fell off, but the staff were very nice to deal with. They have a beautiful lounge area where we were able to sit with friends and drink our own wine even though they had a bar to sell their own. Fabulous atmosphere!"
