"Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
Communal areas of the hotel very nice.
Good breakfast.
Great location.
Room was clean but tired and with some damaged fittings.
Overall a good hotel that I would use again."
"Always stayed there
Amazing team and service
Just consider the walk to the City center if you don’t want to be far but I love that walk
Until next time

"The hotel itself is beautiful. It is easy to use the transportation to get to the Duomo area. However , it is a bit far . It took us about 15 minutes to get to the center area via train . The breakfast was delicious . "
"It is important to understand that this is not a "hotel". There are two ground floor rooms (metal bars on the windows) with an intermediate kitchen area, access by code on the doors. There is a daily clean, bed being made, but no other "hotel" facilities. The front entrance on the road has a very discouraging appearance."

"Stayed at the Rosa Grand Milano for 4-nights in July 2025. You simply could not ask for a better location, with the Duomo Cathedral about 1 mins walk and surrounded with by plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel itself is very nice, with a good breakfast spread and the rooms are conformable to stay in. We were a family of 4 so we had 2 connecting rooms and 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. The only one drawback I would say is that the bathroom doors need locks, but its certainly not a deal breaker. Overall I rate the hotel very highly due to its incredible location and close to everything (shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions). Staff and concierge also very friendly and helpful at the hotel, with complementary water bottle provided every evening. "
"Loved this place! The front desk representative was very kind and welcoming. Our private suite had a lot of room a bathroom and it’s own balcony! Location was a bit of a walk to the train for us. "
"Convenient location. Walkable by 30-40 min to the center. Not much to do around the area of the hotel. Facilities were very clean and modern. Breakfast choices were excellent. Bug bonus was a street fair down the block. "
