"Staff is responsive, units are comfortable and quiet and spacious with a large bathroom.
The location in the Medina is convenient for shopping and sightseeing but it is a 15 min walk to reach any transportation whence the need for a luggage cart and handler.
Most annoying the very unreliable and weak wifi signal to the internet."

"great property with beautifully manicured gardens and lobby , nice restaurants and food quality was top notch.
be warned that like any hotel they charge on your card at check in for possible extras but ask you to pay for extras again at check out sayinh they will release your initial amount of MAD 2000, 5 days later I am still waiting for that initial deposit to be credited back into my account"

"This might be the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. If not it is in the top 3.
The details are amazing. We stayed in the ambassador suite and it was spacious... and gorgeous! There are stairs to the bathroom so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.
The staff are nice and helpful. Special shout out to Samma and Hammid.
You are close to the Medina but can still be dropped off by car and get out of town quickly.
Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip"

I did not choose this hotel, hotels.com told me as we were boarding our flight that the hotel i booked couldnt honour our reservation and they booked this saying it was 5 star and better than what i booked.
Its a terrible hotel"
