"Très joli Riad et très propre, le personnel est très sympathique.
Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et il a été très compliqué d’arriver à dormir avec le bruit des voitures car les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées, cela a entaché notre séjour et c’est dommage car sinon tout le reste était parfait."

"This riad has amazing Moroccan architecture and artifacts. We went to the Batha museum of Islamic art and then realized that many features in the riad approach the style of what are in the museum! The owner is a collector. But he decorates the riad with taste and not just dump his most favourite pieces around. The riad has 3 courtyards, not one. The picture here is the place for breakfast. But the two inner courtyards are just as beautiful and serene. We worked there a few times facing a reflecting Moroccan pool and it was amazing. In comparison, the room itself is not as fancy but clearly functional with comfortable beds. We totally recommend this riad. We have been to Morocco three times and this riad is hands down the best we have stayed in."
"Overall we enjoyed our stay in Fes. The riad makes a great first impression—the courtyard is beautiful, and the rooftop has great views and is a really nice spot for breakfast.
Our room on the main level wasn’t ideal. The windows opened straight into the lobby, so it didn’t feel very private, and we could hear a lot of conversation through the vents (and assumed the same the other way).
The bathroom also had some issues. The shower wasn’t really usable without water spraying everywhere, and the space isn’t set up well for that.
The staff were friendly and helpful overall. That said, some of the upselling felt a bit deceptive, which took away slightly from the experience."
"Staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was great, everything was pristinely clean and the room was beautiful. We were sad to leave! The Riad is on the edge of the medina which means it is quiet, but it is worth contacting the Riad when you first arrive, especially if it’s night time, to meet you at the nearest gate. They’re very happy to help! "
"Property is beautiful. The pool area, even though we didn’t get to use it because of the weather, is pristine. The stairwells and the balconies, everything is clean and decorated beautifully. The service is OFF THE CHARTS! The guys that work there are exceptional and go above and beyond to help with bags, directions, anything. Breakfast is AMAZING!!!!
My only complaint would be the handheld shower situation. It has one of those half glass shower doors, so basically the entire bathroom can get flooded with water every time you shower. And there is pretty much a limit of only getting one towel per person. We were ready to go to one of the souks two actually buy towels so we could keep the floor dry."
"I did not get the room I booked, the bathroom smelt of sewage and the room standard was not good.
I have since attempted to contact the property and they have not done anything to make up for this.
The pool area seemed okay but I did not try this out"
