We appreciated that the receptionist met us out on the street when we got out of the taxi and walked us to the riad. The AC and WIFI worked great in our room and we liked hanging out on the upstairs terace in the mornings and evenings. Breakfast is at 9 am and consisted of coffee and traditional bread products and toppings. We enjoyed out stay!
I was staying here a couple of days as I needed to attend court with my fiancée as part of the marriage process. The woman who works at the property is lovely! Looks after her guests and the location is convenient. Right inside the old city near Bab bouljoud. Breakfast provided is also a delightful traditional Moroccan one.
The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever booked. Took nearly an hour to check in because they were accidentally overbooked. They said there were no rooms I had booked available and instead gave me a temporary bigger room… but the smell in there was awful. I thought it was gasoline at first and got a massive headeache after just minutes in the room. Turns out the walls were freshly painted which I discovered after moving my bags which were now covered in wet paint. As they had no other rooms available I had to book a new hotel, and they still refuse to pay me back for my booking.
At night I tried to go out of the hotel to eat out, but I could not open the entrance door with my key by any means. I repeatedly called the contact number but there was no reply. After a while three Moroccan women happened to get down the stairs. I talked to them and they tried to open the door with my key, but in vain. They kindly called the hotel owner and the responsible person was coming here to solve the problem soon. I waited alone in a dark lobby for as many as two hours, but no one came to help me. Consequently, I could eat nothing. A cold water shower ruthlessly pierced the hungry traveler.
Next morning a hotel guy appeared but even he couldn't open the door with my key no matter how many times he might try. He said the receptionist would come here at 9 a.m. to change the keys. Nevertheless, she was late for as many as 30 minutes, not caring how badly the customer suffered. Unbelievably, she went so far as to make a self-centered, violent remark that I, a customer, should have waited and asked some other guest to open the door last night. Additionally, she flatly refused my refund request for cancellation fee for additional stays and passed the buck to me, shelving this hotel's terribly slow support. I have never experienced such a sloppy, obnoxious service in any other hotel.

A really great place that is very near to the main medina. Lovely host, quiet, clean cosy room and a very tasty breakfast. I'll definitely stay here next time!

Not convenient breakfast time
Great location, nice roof terrace. Bathroom not well kept, cabin door hard to operate even by a stong man.
Breakfast is served at the earliest at 9 AM, what was too late for us, we had to check out at 7:45. The day before we asked for some simply dry "breakfast bag" but there was nothing in the morning. No reply, no reaction via Whats App from the staff, pity...

Feels like being welcomed in to their family
Super service! A very quick response to arrange a pick up from a late night flight (on FB messenger), even so we were warmly welcomed with mint tea and. The room was fine but if you want to sleep in it might be better to be higher up rather than 'in' the reception / breakfast area. Everybody was really nice, and the breakfast is good, even for vegans, with freshly squeezed juice and nice coffee. Location-wise it's also good, especially for when you first arrive, as it's not too far in to the maze, and also an easy walk to the bus station.
The staff is very friendly but we felt we got less value compared to similarly priced Riads around Morocco. The beds were extremely hard, the room was dirty, and we were shocked that the toilette is in the bathroom. There was also a smell of still water from the bathroom that was very uncomfortable. This place has a very pleasant rooftop, though.
To me this felt more like a bargain hostel than a hotel.
The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Nabil and staff took the time to chat with us during check-in, recommended places to see and restaurants for dinner. One of the days they were sharing a meal together and asked us to join in and try!
Food was absolutely delicious. Our breakfast spread was Moroccan dishes which included freshly squeezed orange juice, mint tea, coffee, msemen, beghrir, croissants along side cheese, butter, honey and jams.
The place will likely be a bit noisier during busier times of the year because you can hear people walking in the alley outside. Perhaps that's the case because our room was on the ground floor.

Clean room, we had air-conditioning for heating the room as it was cold when we stayed. No toiletries in the bathroom although when we asked for it they gave us
Run by siblings in their family home, I felt super welcome here. Excellent service, excellent breakfast, excellent ambiance and excellent location. Highly recommend
I loved this Riad! The room had enough space. The AC worked perfectly! The bathroom was clean. The lovely ladies that work there were very attentive to our needs. We would totally come back to this Riad!
The lady who received us was sooo helpful and nice. She tried to make us feel comfortable and pleased with suggestions of where to eat and visit. My only complaint is that our air conditioner didnt work so we couldnt sleep very well and the tv didnt work either. Since they dont have reception 24 hours we couldnt complain. Our room was #5.
