"This was a great riad to stay at during our time in Fes. Zaca and Fatima were great staff who we could always rely on to accomodate our needs. The first night was a bit rocky because the water wouldn't get hot for quite some time and the heater in the room took time to warm up as well. I called them and they sent someone out to guide me into the area. Then they helped me setup my parking for my stay. When we got to the riad, we were treated so kindly.
