"My only regret is that I can’t give it 6 out of 5! To start with, even before I arrived Ayoub had made contact with me, sorted out where I needed to park and arranged to meet me. If you know anything about Fes then it’s well worth being guided in that first time! The Riad itself is stunning, tucked away around the 7 turns that lead to it, it’s an oasis. "The hotel is in a great location! Across the street is a McDonald’s and a big shopping mall. It’s on a boulevard that makes it convenient for pickup and drop off. The rooms are well appointed and everything works. The staff was courteous, pleasant and professional. The restaurants have good and reasonable priced food. I had a very enjoyable stay. The pool was nice but the water was too cold. "
