"Unfortunately spa not open on Mondays, it was a shame as we did not know it is not open and we booked the hotel because of having spa facilities. Staff overall attentive, food is good. Interconnecting room is very convenient for family of 5. "

"The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is pretty. But the quality of my room was not very very okay. Just to mentioned, i booked the Junior Suite. They did offer me to move to another room, but it would be just a regular room. "

"A wonderful and spacious spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. The spa and sauna areas are fantastic, with a variety of sauna rituals. The room was beautiful and comfortable, food was excellent, and everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we enjoyed every moment!"

"I had an excellent stay at NILS Boutique Hotel. The property is beautifully designed in a modern boho style, with great attention to detail and a quiet lakeside location. Breakfast was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a wide variety of healthy options, including fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, fresh juices, wellness shots, and plant-based milk. The wellness area includes a sauna, relaxation room, a small outdoor terrace, and a heated pool, all maintained to a high standard. My room was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically designed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. Transportation to and from the property was efficient, and the hotel assisted with arranging a reliable airport transfer. Overall, NILS delivers high-quality service, excellent facilities, and a peaceful environment. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a well-designed boutique experience."
