"The hotel was not bad overall. We traveled with our fur family member and the hotel welcomed him. The room itself was ok. The carpet had a few stains, but nothing too major. My issue, which is huge for me, is the bathroom. The light switch had a “chocolate” looking smudge that obviously hadn’t been cleaned by housekeeping. "We had the 2 kings suite. The downstairs is kitchen, living room, and king bedroom with a bathroom. All rooms are open to each other. Upstairs is a loft (no door) with another king bed and 2nd bathroom. 3 TVs (1 in each bedroom and 1 in living room). Full kitchen, but limited supplies. We just bought paper plates and plastic utensils. Ice maker in freezer. Dishwasher and soap provided. Pool and hot tub were nice. Animal friendly with plenty of space to walk

"The hotel itsself needs some upgrades, however, the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were great during a busy few days of people evacuating the hurricane. Not once did any complain with the business and being short staffed. They seemed to accommodate everyone the best they Could. The rooms were clean and I did not see one bug. Also I brought my

"We stayed over Thanksgiving holiday for five days. We appreciated the kitchenette and took advantage of the large dining area in the late afternoon when family members came to visit. Because of the holiday housekeeping was not available and trash had to be left outside the door for pickup. It would have been appreciated if the carpet and floor had been vacumed just once. We were able to bring our pet and that was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again when visiting family. "

"They did not reserve a room, even though money was sent via Expedia. Had to pay again to get a room. Sheets and matress were wet and cold. Turned on the heat, slept on top of the blaket, it was dry. Only good thing, good water I enjoyed a very hot shower. Will not be a repete customer "
