"We did not have a mountain view nor did we have a hot tub. The windows did not open so unfortunately, we survived in a stuffy small room with a 24 inch TV. This picture does NOT AT ALL depict our room. There was an envelope left for us to tip the "housekeepers" yet we were not in our room from 11am - 11pm and our room was not cleaned, no clean towels, add'l toiletries sadly. "

"The room was fair in cleanliness. The Tv was not working. Staff were pleasant. Overall rating due to these issues"

"There was a 1/2” crack around the door. I could see daylight. The walls were thin, I could hear the guy next door talking in his phone to a woman. Staff was nice."

"Rooms were clean, staff was helpful but what stood out for me was their breakfast. They had hot and grab n go breakfast. They also had make your own parfait yogurt and it was outstanding. No other hotel or any fancy hotels has that"
