"Fantastic location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Only suggestion is to swap the bodum coffee press with a regular coffee maker. With only small sinks to get water from it was a miserable mess. Loved too that someone had set up a telescope for guests to see an owls nest (with two adorable owlets and two protective parents). Amazing to see! For our next visit to Banff, we'll be back at the Juniper for sure."

"This is a perfectly situated property with a beautiful view of the Bow River on the front. If you get a back facing room, you get the parking lot, not good. The rooms are comfortable and roomy but, very dated. It was great to be able to sit on the balcony and admire the view. Overall, if you don’t care about decor, it is a good option, with parking included."

"This hotel is nearly perfect, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the concierge, Emma. While Emma was very friendly, her assistance lacked the proactive approach I expected. For two days, she was unable to help with my tour requests; for example, when looking for helicopter and ATV tours, she only searched online and told me nothing was available. In contrast, a male colleague on duty at 7 PM the previous night was extremely helpful and made several calls on my behalf. Furthermore, I easily found multiple helicopter slots at a nearby travel agency right after being told it was impossible. As a traveler, my time is precious, and I rely on the concierge’s expertise. I believe Emma has a great attitude, but the service could be improved by being more resourceful and dedicated to finding solutions. Everything else was excellent, and I hope this feedback is helpful."
