"The hotel is in need of a renovation but it was very clean. Staff were nice and location was the key. Very easy to walk to Assembly Row and access to Restaurants. "

"Hit with an unexpected $150 fee plus Mass taxes. Never told debit card only .I had cash :( I really wanted to use the restaurant/bar but was never told there was not enough staff so it was closed. Room hot as hell. No instructions on A/C. Numerous calls to start A/C. Remote control hard to use so calls to desk x 2. Hours for breakfast were posted wrong. Needed help with getting picture on tv x 2. Blew lamp trying coffee maker. Not enough creamer for 2 people so i drank black. Other issues as well."
