"Everything was perfect, clean room, breakfast basic, tasted and varied. The allows us to early check in, so the staff was willing to help. The room was just perfect, clean and the bed super comfortable. 100% I will stay there again!!"

"Hit with an unexpected $150 fee plus Mass taxes. Never told debit card only .I had cash :( I really wanted to use the restaurant/bar but was never told there was not enough staff so it was closed. Room hot as hell. No instructions on A/C. Numerous calls to start A/C. Remote control hard to use so calls to desk x 2. Hours for breakfast were posted wrong. Needed help with getting picture on tv x 2. Blew lamp trying coffee maker. Not enough creamer for 2 people so i drank black. Other issues as well."

"Finally found our Boston hotel, after several tries. 1868 is chic, comfortable, and in a perfect location near the subway, coffeeshops, restaurants, pharmacy, bookstore, etc. Surprisingly great workout room!"
