The staff was rude and we were given an interior room that you could barely move around in. Our small window only opened to the reception area below us where the attendant was yelling at another customer at 10 pm. Would not recommend or stay again.

O quarto é muito pequeno em relação as fotos. Café da manhã muito básico. Nos finais de semana a música do bar ao lado invade os quartos como se estivéssemos lá no bar (fiquei no 1 andar). Uma água custa de 500ml custa 6 reais, caro também.

Ficamos no térreo, som alto do apartamento ao lado, e o banheiro tem o box pequeno, com a área de banho espremida por uma coluna. Para pessoas assim a do peso, fica ruim tomar banho e usufruir da ducha. Fomos avisados que a área do café estava em reforma. Fico apertado para a quantidade de pessoas, tomamos café no quarto. O quarto com cama de casal e solteiro, ficou com a área de circulação apertada.

O Hotel infelizmente não pode ser classificado como 03 estrelas: elevador quebrado, subimos na escada com as malas, chuveiro elétrico pingando noite toda. A cama afundou e fez um buraco. Café da manhã praticamente não tem espaço físico.

Barulho em demasia

Hotel tem uma estrutura ok. Nada demais, mas também nada que faça com que você desista de se hospedar lá. O grande problema é o local. Tem um bar ao lado que tem música mecânica e ao vivo que parece estar dentro do quarto. É impossível descansar ou dormir em função do barulho gerado por esse vizinho. Por esse motivo, externo, não recomendo.

Tudo tinha que pagar na hora. O quarto não tem interfone, o frigobar estava desligado, o ar condicionado era muito barulhento, o chuveiro com a temperatura 1 sem funcionar, e o boxe vazando água para a área do sanitário, até uma garrafa de água tinha que descer para buscar na recepção, ao sair, topei com uma barata morta bem na porta do quarto.
