"A somewhat worn down resort, 2 small pools no other shared facilities. Some cafés, restaurants and a good grocery store very close by though. Also very close to swimming lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien, recommended), Cannes, the Riviera etc. A holiday home - not suitable for short stays due to cleaning costs and not so flexible check-in hours. Check-in after 19 possible, but has to be arranged. Staff didn't speak English on the phone - code exchange was difficult. Read the fine print - Hotels.com...

"Had a great stay. The facilities are in very good condition. Kitchen area in the apartment well equipped and the apartment itself is comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. "A pleasant hotel with great staff- clean, convenient location, good amenities and fairly priced room service. Easy to extend my stay Expedia does not specify the following: a security deposit of €200 at check-in and Outdoor pool fee of €10/day; inside pool and spa amenities are free. An excellent hotel and I would advise just booking here for a smooth, stress free stay in Cannes."

"Great value stay at Zenitude! The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and the bed was really comfortable. The room was clean, though the bathroom is a bit dated. Air conditioning was available and much needed. The balcony was lovely, just could use a dust-down of cobwebs. The pool area and loungers were fabulous, and the breakfast area was great too. Parking is available under the hotel, and it’s only a 15-minute taxi ride to La Croisette. Plenty of superb restaurants within a 5-minute walk or supermarket to cook in the room. Would recommend!"

"An incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They upgraded us to a balcony room with a beautiful view of the water. The beds were also very comfy and AC was strong. I could not have had a better experience! Only complaint, 20 euros each to use the pool is a bit extreme, especially for a nice hotel like that, you’d expect it to be free."
