"The hotel was one of the best we have been to,very clean,big variety breakfast. On the other hand, staff members are not friendly, some of them rudely answered us and were not helpful in the slightest. The kindest people were the cleaning ladies. We did enjoy the private beach, the pool and the food. "

From the outside it looks like any other regular apartment complex, however, once you walk in, it is designed with luxury and finesse in mind. "This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again."
