"The room was clean and cleaned daily, exceptional service. Furniture is a bit dated and the wardrobe was making a lot of noise. All in all really good hotel for the area. The only gripe is no hit water in the shower in the afternoons / evenings."

"Excellent location - very close to the beach while not far from the town centre. Breakfast was good, freshly cooked each morning with good buffet spread and choice. Room was clean and comfortable, though the carpet and some of the furniture shows deep marks and stains of wear and tear. Towels and bed linen also well used and thinned/torn with wear in places. Shower cabin very small - impossible not to touch the walls or the curtain when showering. Toilet and water pipes a bit smelly, had to keep the extractor fan on and the door open to keep it dry and vented. Perhaps a stronger extractor fan and some toilet and air fresheners would help. Staff is friendly, helpful and responsive."

"We had a lovely stay at Parc Hotel and all the staff we met were lovely. Friendly, helpful and professional. The pool was spotless and the young man working on it was very diligent and thorough. However other parts of the property were not as well maintained. Our bathroom flushing system fell off the wall minutes after we got there and the rooms are much smaller than they look online with too much furniture. We had to rearrange the furniture, putting some on the balcony, just to have somewhere to store our suitcases. Unfortunately, our stay overlapped with a gang of young adults which resulted in loud noise late into the night, drunken behaviour and used condoms greeting us when we stepped out early in the morning. Not the fault of the hotel of course, but certainly did blemish our stay. I would however, stay here again."

"I traveled with my husband and 2 year old. I am romanian so for me it was going back home. The hotel was lovely. All staff was very polite, friendly and eager to help out with any issues. We found the pool area very nice and cozy for youngsters. There is a playground area adjacent to a shallow pool. There is a pool for adults too which we enjoyed very much. The bar prices for drinks are pretty steep. But then overall, traveling back to a childhood memory was very steep. The entire experience in Mamaia was overpriced. What i didnt like was that the hotel advertises a private beach, however we were expected to pay to stay near the water. Being just 2 adults and a child, experiencing the water moments together was a challenge, as you don't want to leave your belongings unattended. If you travel with kids, bring rubber/water shoes. The beach is "saulty" with shells and other unsanitary things. The water is beautiful, shallow, some algae but not bothering. We could hear music and a lot of street sound from our balcony, but we enjoyed it very much. Couple extra nice features, the Gondola starts/ends within a 5 minute walk. And same with Aqua Magic. A walk away and its great for family fun"
