We got there and had a snow storm and lost power for 3 days and we were not offer an explanation, when I asked when we could expect the lights to be back they almost took offense to answer and said they had no ideia but I should be happy they had a small generator and pawer the shower and one outlet in the kitchen. "I came for a Congress atbthe hotel The room was big, very comfortable. The service was great. The hotel is near two great shopping centers, so that was nice as I did not have time to go to the city centers. Plenty of nice restaurants in a walking distance. I would love to gome back !!"

"I would like to commend whomever was working the front desk at 4am Sunday 7 September. Due to an overnight flight, I made a mistake and didn't actually have a reservation until 2pm that day. Although there were no rooms available she let me catch a few hours sleep on a couch in a lower level lobby. She also prioritized cleaning a room for me and I was able to check-in at 10am! I was so sleepy that I didn't catch her name, but I want her to be recognized for going above and beyond with customer service."

"The level of service was impeccable. Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were unable to check-in until later in the day. We could have easily decided to explore the city, but coming from Minnesota and having arrived on the "Red-Eye", we decided to lounge in the hotel. The bartenders were very knowledgeable about the area and were more than accommodating to suggest a variety of restaurants, bars and attractions. I had the privilege of trying some local drinks and I cant thank the bartenders enough. This is the Ritz-Carlton. What else do I have to say?"
