"Amazing stay! I was in 2117 with a southeastern lake view - could see the Soldier Field Stadium and museum along the lake beautifully! Room was clean (double queen), great having 2 bathrooms as well! The room also has 2 closets, with one being large to hang multiple outfits in, and use the other for jackets, shoes, suitcases, etc. One of our bathrooms smelled slightly of body odor, there are no fans in the bathroom either (be sure to courtesy flush while doing #2!). Staff was great and very kind despite being a very busy time with many BTS fans. They themed their lobby purple (fandom color) and played BTS music through their speakers. They even had photo ops and a fan meet up area. It was truly a great fan experience! The charm of the history of the hotel while modernizing the looks are stunning. There is original structure and woodwork with a modern tough of lighting and decor. We did not partake in any of the breakfast, however we did a late night order of food from Kitty O'Shea's bar after the concert. The wings & burger were great! The hotel is right on Michigan Avenue and very easy to hop onto the bus wherever you want to go. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be staying there again."

"The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. Hotel is conveniently near a lot of places that we wanted to visit. It was an amazing first visit to chicago. We really enjoyed the BTS themed room on the first floor."

"Had to hunt down the staff for towels and washcloths and empty our own trash. Wanted to wash some things and was told you had to download an app to use the laundry facilities. We couldn’t get it to download. Other than that, was happy with the breakfast buffet and the room was very clean. Just expected a little more service considering the cost of the room."

"Perfect location, within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. Beautiful view from the river view rooms. Staff are so helpful with unloading and loading your vehicle and getting your luggage up to your room. Valet is easy and convenient."
