Hotel Valencia Riverwalk

8/10 Good

"This was our 2 time at the hotel. The bell man, Kameran had an excellent attitude. We saw him twice and great attitude. Also one of the housekeeping at the 7 floor and she was very nice. Now the room the A/C was making noise all the time ( vibrations) and the coffe machine did not work. I feel that the beds are small for 2 adults. In the bathroom there are 0 cups for personal hygiene. I may explore other hotel next time that we visit San Antonio."

"Had a Riverview room. Awesome view, room very clean. Our room had a mini fridge, coffee maker and safe - no microwave. We preferred for the hotel valet parking over the parking garage across the street. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Check out is at noon. If your car is valet parked and you still have time to enjoy the Riverwalk or other san antonio sites, they will hold your luggage at the valley desk until 8:00 pm. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone that wants to spend most of their time in the Riverwalk area."
