"Although we were not able to take advantage of all the amenities, we really enjoyed our stay. The the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was well kept and quiet, but central to the sites we wanted to visit. "

"Nice spacious clean room. Very kind staff. Being elderly and my husband with breathing issues, the Bell Hop was over the top kind. Location was great….near the riverwalk and loads of restaurants and shopping. Only negative…..was the bed was kind of hard for our liking, and the pillows were lumpy. Would we stay there again….yes, for the location and price."

"One of, if not, the best place to stay off of the riverwalk! (Get a riverside room w/balcony). First came in 2023 and came (unintentionally) during "Feista week". Made it a new tradition and have been back every year since and will continue to go! "Four Brothers" Restaurant is a MUST!! Food and cocktails are phenomenal! The staff is TOP NOTCH! "

"There was no sign, not even a temporary one. There was very little thought about traffic flow out of the parking lot. "

"I had beautiful room on 23 floor. Great view and love the jacuzzi tub in my room. Great breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the kickback everyday. Will book again "

"What I didn’t like was when we checked in, the front desk was very rude and made me wait over an hour for my room to be ready. Then the only option for parking was valet or paying parking in a general garage for the same price as valet. Staff are rude, showers did not drain properly and the cleaning staff for the rooms are not through. Came back and found trash still in the trash cans and no new towels when they supposedly cleaned."

"Bar and restaurant was great!!! Was not able to check in until 5pm n was charged full rate for a room already paid for. "
