"i have nothing bad to say about this Hotel everything is close by, i usually stay here twice a year, never have i had a problem with my stay"

"Looks nothing like the pictures. The rooms are very old and not well kept. There was a huge stain on the carpet and the bathrooms sink had what seems very very old water marks as well as the toilet. We got there at around 2:00am and the front desk guy was absolutely rude and to top it off he gave us a dirty room (beds were undone and it smelled horrible). When we went back to tell him he said didn’t even apologize, just gave us a different room. We had initially gotten the room for 4 nights, we left first thing in the morning and were only able to get our money back for the last two nights. I am not sure where all the other good reviews are coming from because this hotel is horrible."

"The staff was so helpful. All staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast and dinner were amazing. First time staying at a hotel where dinner is provided. We will return again next year for our yearly San Antonio trips."

"Parking was valet only, 40.00 to park on the same property. Pool had cloudy water, didn’t get in. Let down the shade and couldn’t get it back up. Elevator doors had smudged all over inside of doors. I understand this is an older hotel but it can be better maintained. I didn’t even have a remote for the t.v. . Honestly im a local resident and we just left back home didn’t even stay the night., just came back in the morning so that i could get my deposit back. Bad enough im out the room cost. I’ll know better next time, won’t be there."
